Boy, oh boy, I'd love to be having a lil' Cinco De Mayo fiesta with you, today! 

If I could have you over, you can bet we'd be having our fill of margaritas, 

burritos, taquitos, beans, rice, salsa, guacamole oh & churros! 

Yum. Yum. Yum!

The Husband doesn't really like Mexican so I don't even know if I'll 

be getting any Mexican food to celebrate today. Bummers. 

Guess I'll have to live vicariously through internet recipes

 until I can my hands on some real food.
