Super Cute DIY.

If you follow my blog ramblings you probably caught on
a while ago that I love tea & all things associated with it...

So naturally when I spotted this DIY
over on Creature Comforts I just knew I had to share!

How awesome are these tea painted note cards?!
You literally brew tea & then use it to paint the
lovely printable note cards created by Ez of CC...

Adorable right?!
Be sure to head on over to Creature Comforts for the complete DIY instructions
& of course the free printable dowload of the oh-so cute tea cups.
Enjoy!

Farmhouse Sinks.

I've been kind of obsessed with home decor & design for a very long time.
(Someday I'll tell you the lengths I used to go for anything Martha Stewart related)
& while I haven't loved farmhouse sinks for quite as long
I'm realizing every time I see one how much I'd love to have one.

Aren't they fabulous
Lot's of room to get soapy up to your elbows while washing dishes...
Deep enough to fill a big pasta pot or to even plant some plants...
& my favorite, able to easily hold a babe for a bath in the sink!

Hmmm someday...
What do you have a love for when
it comes to a home decor & design?

Smeeks.

One of these days I will go to Phoenix
& when I do I am absolutely making a special stop at Smeeks!

I first heard about this awesome little shop via Nie Nie several months ago
& she posted about it again when her daughter Jane had her birthday there.

I so want to go!
In fact, if The Husband ever has a business trip to Phoenix
I may just have him drop me off to spend the whole day there... tee hee hee

I mean who doesn't like sweets, treats & novelties!?
I'm getting giddy just thinking about it...

Have you ever been to Smeeks?
Or do you have a trip in mind like me just to go?
(if you do, can I stash myself in your suitcase!?)

The Wheatfield.

I must be in a decorating mood because I just keep finding lovely things to put on walls.
( I apologize if you are sick of it, we really need to find our new house fast!)

But aren't these illustrated prints by The Wheatfield just darling?
I could totally see the "You are My Sunshine" print in a nursery.
Real big & in an awesome vintage frame over the crib or changing table...
Mmmm hmmm, lovely, just lovely.

Oh & I should mention - there is an awesome giveaway featuring
Head on over to find out more!

Integrity Studio.

Remember the green kitchen I shared with you yesterday...
Wouldn't these prints just look splendid framed & hung in it as well?
The little pops of green would coordinate nicely, no?
& my favorite part... they are photographs taken in Pennsylvania!

Check out the rest of Integrity Studio's work here.
(pssst - they are having a Buy One - Get One SALE right now on select prints. Sweet!)

Speaking of Chalkboards.

Isn't this cutting board chalkboard just the cutest?

Green Kitchen.

Lookie' what I found...
I'm not always a huge fan of green but there is just
something about this kitchen that I'm falling in love with.
Maybe it is the shelves painted the same color as the wall
or the mix of black cabinets & white accents - who knows!?

Whatever it is, me likey!
I hope we find a house soon
I'm so ready to design & decorate a new space!

Wouldn't some chalkboard paint & this tea towel framed look lovely in this space?
Most of you know how much I LOVE & NEED chalkboard paint somewhere in our new space.
{ Via it's mary ruffle }                                                          { Via Showpony }

What other colors do you think this style kitchen would work with?
The Husband & I are RED people, it is our fave.
But it might be too dramatic?
& maybe this green is just perfect?
Hmmmm...
